VIX and VXO reach pre-crisis levels

The two main volatility indices, the VIX and the VXO (the original VIX continuation index, after changes in the computation what is still known as the VIX) are at multi-year low and have reached the pre-crisis levels.

The markets have no memory and greed no limits. And lessons are never learnt.
